Georgia Action for Healthy Kids Georgia School Wellness Summit: The Cornerstone of Academic Achievement

Our goal is to share proven success stories, provide critical information, tools and resources to aid in promoting health and wellness within Georgia schools. Registration fee includes: Opportunity to earn up to 10 Continuing Education Credits or 1 Professional Learning Unit, Industry Exhibitors, Networking Reception on Friday, March 12, Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday, March 13 and an opportunity to learn from school wellness supporters from all over the state. Reserve a room: A block of guest rooms is being held for this summit at the UGA Conference Center Hotel until February 12, 2010. For reservations, call 1.800.884.1381 Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, reference Georgia Wellness & Academic Success Summit. Room rate is $99 per night for Classic King & Queen Rooms and $119 Double Occupancy. Parking is $10.00 per day. *A limited number of substitute teacher scholarships are available for qualifying Title I School teachers.
